Giant great Phil Simms was born on this day in 1954, in Lebanon, Kentucky. The 14-year vet threw 199 touchdowns and 33,462 passing yards in his career. Simms is a two-time Super Bowl champion and was named MVP of Super Bowl XXI for his near perfect performance.
