Top 10: All the Right Moves

Behind the Scenes, Minnesota Vikings, Sneak Peek, TCIPF Staff, Top 10

Forget Karl Rove and James Carville – the real spin artists are in the NFL.  And the best may have been “The Spin Doctor”, Minnesota’s Chuck Foreman.  The Vikings halfback is largely a forgotten figure in pro football, but in the 1970’s he could spin records better than Casey Kasem.  For four consecutive seasons, 1973-1977, Foreman was named an All-Pro and in 1975, as a running back, he led the NFL in receptions and set an NFC record and scored 22 touchdowns in just 14 games.

How much respect did the Foreman – and his signature move – get on our jury?  Find out the verdict when our list of Top 10 Football Moves is unveiled on NFL Network tonight at 10 p.m. eastern, 11 p.m. pacific
