Draft season is over and mini-camp (aka, OTA, or organized team activity) season has begun. This weekend the Colts will hold a rookie mini-camp, another step in their preparation for 2012. Over the past few months no organization has done more rebuilding than the Colts, who’ve hired a new GM, head coach, and drafted a new franchise quarterback to replace Peyton Manning. Indianapolis hopes that Andrew Luck can help turn their team around, like Manning did in the late 90s, and like their forebears the Baltimore Colts did a generation ago.
