On April 5, 2010 the St. Louis Rams released quarterback Marc Bulger, clearing the way for the eventual selection of No. 1 overall pick Sam Bradford. Unfortunately for Bulger, his release just so happened to coincide with the day of his birth. We’re pretty sure this was the last type of present Marc was hoping for on his birthday.

In honor of this, we look back to a better day for Bulger, when he returned to his native Pittsburgh and helped the Rams defeat the Steelers. We’re hoping this brings happier thoughts to Marc as the QB celebrates his 35th birthday.
