At the beginning of the season, people were wondering who the New York Giants would use as their third receiver behind Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham. As it turned out, their number 3 man became their number 1. Victor Cruz set a new single-season franchise record with 1,536 receiving yards. So it was no surprise that Eli Manning connected with him for the Giants first touchdown in Super Bowl XLVI.
